Our shipments are made through the transport company NACEX with a cost of €6 for the Peninsula and Balearic Islands. Delivery time is between 1 and 3 business days.
During global campaign periods, such as Black Friday, the number of orders increases, and transport agencies delay shipping times. Deliveries are made only on business days, so all orders may suffer some days of delay in receipt, compared to our usual deadlines.

International shipments are made through FedEx, the cost will depend on the destination country and will be received in approximately 2-7 days depending on the destination country.

You have 15 days from receipt of your order to make the return.
To process a return, you must log in through the Bellehari website.
Once inside you will find a section called: MY ORDERS. Enter and select the order or item you want to return in RETURN ORDER.
Once all the data is filled in, your order will be sent to our warehouse and we will start the collection of the package at your home.
The return has a cost of €6. For international shipments the amount will be the same as the shipping cost.
Our EXPRESS RETURN service makes a Nacex delivery person pick up your purchase at your home as soon as possible and send it to us. As soon as we receive your order and check its status, we will refund the amount in the same form of payment used, deducting the cost of €6 for the return, only for national shipments, for international shipments the return cost will be the same as the shipping cost.
We do not accept returns or exchanges of Bags and Accessories.

Article 102. Right of withdrawal.

Except for the exceptions provided for in Article 103, the consumer and user shall have the right to withdraw from the contract during a period of 14 calendar days without indicating the reason and without incurring any cost other than those provided for in Articles 107.2 and 108.

Clauses that impose a penalty for on the consumer and user shall be null and void the exercise of their right of withdrawal or the renunciation to it.
Article 107. Obligations and rights of the employer in case of withdrawal.
1. The entrepreneur will reimburse all popo received from the consumer and user, including, in his case, the costs of delivery, without undue delay and, in any case, before 14 calendar days have elapsed from the date on which he has been informed of the decision to withdraw from the contract of the consumer and user in accordance with Article 106.
The entrepreneur must make the refund referred to in the first paragraph using the same means of payment used by the consumer for the initial transaction, unless the consumer has expressly provided otherwise and provided that the consumer does not incur any expenses as a result of the refund.
Article 108. Obligations and responsibility of the consumer and user in case of withdrawal.
1. Unless the entrepreneur himself offers to collect the goods, the consumer and user must return them or hand them over to the entrepreneur, or to a person authorized by the entrepreneur to receive them, without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which he communicates his decision to withdraw from the contract to the entrepreneur, in accordance with Article 106. The deadline shall be deemed to have been met if the consumer and user returns the goods before the end of the period of 14 calendar days.
The consumer and user shall only bear the direct costs of return of the goods, unless the entrepreneur has agreed to assume them or has not informed him that he is responsible for assuming those costs.
To make the return, the product must be in perfect condition. It is important that when packaging the item, the original packaging is not damaged, so we need you to introduce it in a wrapping, the same received or another, to prevent the product packaging from suffering damage during transport. In the event that it is returned without such original packaging or with damage, the amount to be paid to the customer for the return of the product will be reduced by the amount corresponding to the condition of the returned product.

Once the returned order has been received in our warehouses and after checking its status, we will proceed to refund its amount through the payment method used in the purchase, deducting the cost of €6 for the return.

International Return: through FedEx with the same amount as the shipment.
If the exchange or return comes from Ceuta, Melilla, Canary Islands or International, both the return costs and customs duties and local taxes, will be the responsibility of the customer.
